Delivery & Returns

All orders are packaged in biodegradable sleeves. Please let us know if you have any special gift requests, we also do not include invoices within the package. 

Please note we are not liable for misplaced packages if delivery is requested to be delivered to communal/public spaces.

UK Express Delivery Royal Mail - £5.00

European Union Royal Mail - £15

International Royal Mail - £20

Taxes and Duties are not included and may be charged upon receipt. Please check your shipping destinations regulations for duties and taxes for further information.

 

RETURNS POLICY

Items ordered from our website can be returned unused for a full refund within a 14 day period starting from the date of delivery.

All items MUST be returned in their original packaging. 

PLEASE ensure to email us hello@bag-d.uk with your order information prior to returning your order. We will then email you the Returns Form.
